The Wellbeing Habit

For people who want to feel happier, healthier, and more effective - especially those navigating additional life complexities like neurodiversity, mental health, disability, and menopause.

The modern world is changing and evolving at an ever increasing pace. Our brains and biology are evolving at a much slower pace, making it hard for us to feel calm, connected, and at ease.

You’ve tried so many solutions to help you have more energy, joy, and feel in control of life again. But no matter what you try nothing seems to have a lasting effect - and half the time they don’t even seem feasible for ‘real’ people like you, juggling life, work, family and health needs.

We get it. We’ve been there.

When we added in our disability, mental health, neurodiversity and perimenopause into the mix it felt like the idea of feeling happier, healthier, and more effective was an impossible pipedream.

👉 But it doesn’t have to be this way.

We created the Well-Being Habit as it brings together our lived experience, professional qualifications, and passion for helping people live a rich, authentic and rewarding life.

We recognise that everyone’s well being habits will be as unique as they are. True wellbeing isn't just about addressing isolated aspects of your life—it's about understanding and embracing the intricate web of connections that shape your overall happiness and health. This is what makes our holistic approach so powerful, especially when guided by skilled and registered professionals that thrive on navigating this complexity.

What's it like to work with us?

“Before I worked with Ronie I was a perimenopausal mess! I have a lot going on in my life and it came to a head where I was missing things at work and not getting a balance between work and home life. Ronie helped me find strategies to manage my busy workload and helped me stay accountable. In my homelife I now have a new understanding of what is in my control and some strategies on how to manage relationships and parenting” Jenny

“I have been working with Ronie to address how overwhelmed I have felt with my schedule and to get a better work/life balance. She has helped me pinpoint where those panicky feelings come from and how I can reframe those thoughts before overwhelm hits. I am typically getting more family time in the evenings now (which has delighted my kids) and more relaxation time for me” Sian

“Before I worked with Ronie I had been going around in circles. I wanted to develop strategies to help me become less overwhelmed by tasks and ease some of the pressure I put on myself. After I worked with Ronie I felt like someone had tidied up my headspace and I could think a little clearer. I was able to sift through the chaos in my head and find the potential solutions that were in there hiding all along. Working with Ronie enabled me to see a true reflection of myself instead of the distorted images I see when my insecurities get the better of me” Becky

“I was overwhelmed and exhausted with work and family/personal commitments. Ronie helped me discover the control I didn’t realise I had. Through our sessions Ronie has enabled me to have courageous conversations with my boss and set boundaries at home. I have renegotiated my workload and self-care is as important as my commitment to others. I feel the multiple small steps I have taken with Ronie's direction and support have shifted my life and way of being. I am calmer, happier, and braver to face any challenges” Michelle
